Website Terms of Use

The straightforward rules that apply when you browse this website or send a business enquiry.

Effective 21 July 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern access to and use of ingenifor.com, a website presented under the name Ingenifor and operated from Romania.

davidm@ingeniforstudio.com

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Business website only

The website is intended for people acting for businesses or in a professional capacity. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority needed to act for any organisation you represent.

3. Enquiries do not create a contract

Website content is general information, not a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee that any service is suitable or available. Sending an enquiry, booking a meeting, or receiving a reply does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed.

Any automation or consulting services will be governed only by a separate written proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other contract accepted by both parties. If that contract conflicts with these website terms, the separate contract governs the services.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful business-information purposes. You must not:

  • interfere with the website's operation, security, or availability;
  • attempt unauthorised access, probing, scraping, or automated extraction;
  • send malware, unlawful material, spam, or misleading information;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority; or
  • use website content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website's text, design, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the website operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and make a reasonable internal copy for evaluating the services, but you may not republish, sell, modify, or commercially exploit the materials without prior written permission.

Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership.

6. Information you send

You remain responsible for information you submit. You confirm that you are authorised to share it and that it is accurate and lawful. You permit us to use it only as reasonably necessary to assess and respond to your enquiry, arrange a meeting, and protect legal rights.

Do not submit trade secrets, sensitive personal information, production credentials, or confidential client data before appropriate contractual and security arrangements are in place.

7. Third-party services

The website may link to services operated by others, including Calendly. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or independent actions.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate but do not promise that it will always be available, secure, error-free, or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties not expressly stated in these terms.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to use this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Liability relating to paid services will be governed by the separate written agreement for those services.

10. Changes and access

We may update the website or these terms when reasonably necessary. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Subject to any mandatory law that applies, the courts with jurisdiction in Ploiești, Romania will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning the website. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so the issue can be considered in good faith.

12. General provisions

If part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. These terms concern the website only and do not replace any signed client agreement.

Automation that fits the way your team already works.
