Depending on how you interact with the website, we may process:
- Enquiry information: your name, email address, company, industry, automation needs, and anything you include in your message.
- Meeting information: details you provide when booking through Calendly, such as your name, email address, time zone, selected time, and answers to booking questions.
- Communications: emails, meeting notes, and related correspondence when you ask about our services.
- Technical information: IP address, request date and time, requested page, browser or device information, and security or diagnostic logs generated when the website is delivered by our host.
Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential client data through the enquiry form or Calendly.
3. Why we use it and our legal bases

We do not currently send newsletters or promotional email campaigns. If we introduce them, we will request a separate opt-in where required and provide an unsubscribe option in every message.
4. Who receives your information
We use a limited number of service providers:
- Vercel, which hosts and delivers the website and may process technical and security information.
- Google Workspace, which receives and stores business email correspondence.
- Resend, which securely delivers website enquiry emails to us.
- Calendly, when you choose its external booking link to schedule a meeting.
Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, courts, regulators, or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal information.
5. International transfers
Vercel, Resend, Google, and Calendly are US-linked providers and may process information in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. Where required, these transfers are protected through an adequacy mechanism such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or contractual safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information is available in the providers' privacy and data-processing terms.
6. How long we keep information
- Enquiries, booking details, and related correspondence are normally deleted within 12 months after the last meaningful interaction if no client relationship begins.
- If a client relationship begins, relevant records are retained for the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by contractual, tax, accounting, or legal-claims obligations.
- Hosting and security logs are retained according to Vercel's configured service periods and only as long as necessary for security, availability, and troubleshooting. We do not make separate archival copies of those logs.
Information may be retained longer when necessary to comply with law, resolve a dispute, or establish or defend a legal claim.
7. Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising pixels, session recording, or visitor analytics, and it does not set non-essential cookies. If that changes, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before those technologies are enabled.
Calendly is an external website. If you follow its booking link, Calendly may use cookies and process information under its own privacy notice.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a portable copy of your personal information. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
To exercise a right, email davidm@ingeniforstudio.com. We may need to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month.
You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), or to the competent authority where you live or work.
9. Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
The website is intended for business representatives and is not directed to children. Please do not submit an enquiry unless you are at least 18 or otherwise legally able and authorised to act for the organisation you represent.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our website, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows when the current version began to apply.
